Family Centred Support Service

Our Targeted Earlier Intervention (TEI) focus is on delivering responsive and flexible prevention, early assistance and support services that meet the needs of children, young people, families and communities experiencing or at risk of vulnerability.

Moree Family Support provides advice, advocacy, support, case management, group or individual support and skills programs.

The type of services that can be provided include:
● Parenting programs
● Education & Skills Training for children & youth
● Intake Assessment
● Family Capacity Building

Who can work with TEI?
Children, young people, families, and communities experiencing or at risk of vulnerability.

Connecting Community

The Community Strengthening stream aims to connect members of a community experiencing or at risk of vulnerability with their broader community and strengthen the community. Community strengthening services often provide a soft entry to other services.

The type of services that can be provided include:
– Plan and organise events
– Provide a venue for meetings/programs
– Initiate or facilitate community activities
– Provide information and referral to community members
